Our products are manufactured and stored in warehouses all over the world. Depending on which one of our warehouses your products are being shipped from, you may receive separate parcels and delivery can take anywhere between 7-10 business days (1 to 2 weeks).

  • Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Purchased an incorrect size or product
  • Change of mind

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Buyers pay return shipping charges for exchanges
  • Buyers pay return shipping charges for refunds

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Send us an email with your full name, order number and reason for return to support@chickaberry.com
  • We will try our best to assist you with 48 hours from the receipt of your request.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and the next steps involved

HOW SOON WILL A GET A REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
